- Refunds for items returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
- Refunds for orders cancelled by the customer before shipment.
- Refunds or price adjustments issued due to pricing errors or other discrepancies identified by Marine EZ.
- Refunds related to missing items or fulfilment errors acknowledged by Marine EZ.
2. Eligibility for Refund
- Returned Merchandise: Eligibility for a refund on returned items is determined based on the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Items must be received, inspected, and approved by our team before a refund can be processed.
- Order Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it has been processed for shipment, you are typically eligible for a full refund. - Processing: Once eligibility is confirmed, please allow 7 to 10 business days for Marine EZ to process the refund transaction. "Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

6. Receiving Your Refund (Bank Processing Time)
- After Marine EZ processes your refund (within the 7-10 business days mentioned above), please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account or statement.
- This additional bank processing time typically ranges from 3 to 7 business days but can vary depending on the financial institution. Please contact your bank directly if the refund does not appear after this period.
7. Non-Refundable Charges & Items
Unless required by law or due to an error by Marine EZ, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Original shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs (customer responsibility for standard returns).
- Gift cards.
- Items explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" (as detailed in our Return Policy).
